Information from partners

  • Company level insights from tools like DealFront based on IP lookups and similar techniques

3. Why we use your data and legal bases

We use your data for these purposes.

  • To operate the site and keep it secure, server logs, security monitoring, fraud prevention

We do not carry out decisions that produce legal effects using only automated processing.

4. When we share data

We share data with service providers who act as processors under contract and follow our instructions. Typical categories include hosting, analytics, CRM, customer support, email delivery, and security monitoring.
If required by law, we may disclose data to authorities.

We do not sell personal data.

Our site uses cookies and similar technologies.

  • Analytics cookies, including DealFront and similar tools, set only after you give consent through the cookie banner

5a Framer Analytics

Framer’s built-in analytics provide basic, anonymous usage statistics to help us improve the website. These metrics include things like how many people visit a page, not who they are or where they came from.

6. International transfers

Some providers may process data outside the EU or EEA. When that happens, we use safeguards such as adequacy decisions and Standard Contractual Clauses, with additional measures where needed.

7. Retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purpose collected, then delete or anonymize it.

  • Contact form submissions, up to 24 months after last interaction

  • CRM prospect records, up to 36 months after last interaction, unless you become a customer or law requires longer storage

  • Server logs for security, up to 12 months

  • Marketing email preferences, until you unsubscribe or request deletion

8. Security

We use technical and organizational measures to protect data, access controls, encryption in transit, least privilege, backups, and regular reviews. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, we work to reduce risk and respond quickly if issues arise.

9. Your rights

Depending on your location, you can request the following.

  • Access to your personal data

  • Correction of inaccurate data

  • Deletion of your data

  • Restriction of processing

  • Objection to processing that is based on legitimate interests

  • Data portability, a machine readable copy

  • Withdrawal of consent, this will not affect processing that already happened

To exercise rights, email info@detectsystem.com. We may need to verify your identity. We aim to reply within one month, we may extend by one further month for complex requests and will let you know if that happens.

You also have the right to complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency, Datatilsynet.

10. DealFront and company insights

We use DealFront to produce company level insights about visits to our site. The tool may use IP address and similar identifiers. We configure analytics cookies to run only after you give consent. Reports are used to understand interest in our services and to improve our site.

11. Changes to this notice

We update this notice when needed. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
