Fight Claims Leakage
In the new digital insurance ecosystem, everything from product offerings, services and claims handling is connected to the policy holders experience. To help insurance companies combat claims leakage and lower operational costs, we have built the FDS AutoLoad Robot-I that can easily be deployed and requires limited IT resources to be up and running.
With FDS AutoLoad Robot-I, all claims submitted via web frontend, TPA portals, or direct e-mail (eFNOL) can be automatically imported into FDS with results presented in seconds and referred to the right department.
Deployment in less than a month
With FDS, insurance companies can adapt and save costs to remain competitive. FDS is future proof and ready for carriers’ ambition of an automated claim handling process, with a greater degree of secure straight-through processing. The advanced FDS technology with next-generation capabilities includes advanced and patent pending fraud detection that, at first notice of loss, immediately will route each claim either “green”, “red” or “blue” if further investigation is needed, to the appropriate department, claim’s handler or Special Investigator Units (SIU).
The AutoLoad Robot-I can be integrated to shared mailboxes where it automatically extracts attached claim documents and the information from the claim and upload this for detection in FDS. Regex is utilized to detect claim case numbers and text information such as event type, addresses and locations.
Easy deployment and quick return of investment.
The FDS Claims System Integration will flag the claim in the claims system to ensure workflow and further processing is done according to the company procedure. Automatically importing and flagging claims will ensure that fraudulent claims are handled correctly in the claims handling workflow. The FDS Workflow configurator makes sure that claims with hard evidence of fraud are sent directly to the SIU department or external partners. Claims requiring further information will be submitted to the claims department queue.
